Winyan and Wieaua Hold Their ,ounsel The graduating class ol' 1953 was led by two girls. Annette Ross as Valedic- torian with a grade average ol' 3.97. Pat Edwards with an average of got run- ner up honors and became Salutatorian. This year Miss Myhre was Chosen as adviser for Toreh Honor. Torch Honor is a elulr that any student with a grade over a B average can belong to. There are many privileges granted to Torch Honor members, such as they have an as- v sembly every year to present to the school and they enjoy their ice cream feeds every quarter. There were twenty students on the Senior Honor roll. To be on the Senior Honor Roll you must have a grade average of over 3.00.
