The sTudenTs gain more experience during The year by puT- Ting on demonsTraTions aT deparTmenT sTores, churches and oTher schools in which The sTudenTs depicT and exhibiT The arT and craTT oT Turkey carving. Bakery sales are scheduled by The Commercial Foods class Tor one day each week. The sTudenTs prepare The bakery goods Themselves. The cakes, cookies, rolls, eTc., are very delicious, and The sales are highly successTul. The Commercial Foods co-op sTudenTs have no Trouble in geTTing iobs, Tor They are well Trained.
