Central Junior-'s 33rd Annual Reilector HALL OF FAME By Joyce Guest In the tall forests, some trees are more outstanding and more firm than others. The taller and firmer trees of Central make up this Hall of Fame. Carol Wolinski deserves to be mentioned for beingeditor ofour school paper and for having all A report cards. Norm Schrah has earned his place because of being King of the Highlites and captain of the basketball and soccer team. Shirley Lazzaro has been on the volleyball team for three years and also in the track meet for three years. Linda Patton is remembered for doing a nice job as a cheerleader. Mary Miles deserves to be in the Hall of Fame for all the typing and other outside work she has done for teachers. Eugene Hand and Luis Castellanos find themselves here because they are captains of service squad, in the ninth grade band, and have all-A report cards. Holly Manning has serv edCen tral in many ways, captain of cheerleaders, a lieutenant of the service squad ,and Queen of the Highlites. Bob Parker's name is here for being such a fine basketball player an having such a nice personality, and also president of our Student Council. She really deserves to be mentioned for all her fine service to the school and her work in the office. She is Kathleen Schaffer. Yvonne Ely finds a place for herself here because she is vice-president of her home- room, had an all A report card and for her pleasing smile and personality. The fine manager of the seniors basket- ball team, Jerry Losee, deserves a place in the T-,Iaill of Fame for playing soccer and basket- a . Jim Hooper is mentioned because of his ability to play basketball and soccer and being vice-president of his home-room. Gladys Miller has a place too, for earn- ing her gold pin, and being on service squad. Jackie Chamberlain is placed here because she is a lieutenant on the service squad and drum majorette this year. Bob Bohn appears on our list because of his ability to crack jokes but still keep the Whole school laughing. Nancy Henning is mentioned for working in the office fifth hour and being on service squad. She also had an all A report card. Sally Grew and Judy Schnetzler are sub- mitted for being in the school plays, and for their all A report cards. Sue Cherry, who is in the ninth grade band and on the service squad should, surely be mentioned. R.A. Mary AnnMcGregordeserves to be inthe Hall of Fame because she earned her large letter and a fine report card Bette McClellan is remembered forb eing so friendly. Kathleen Lewis finds herself here because she was on the volleyball team and for her nomination for Queen of the Highlites. Eleanor Claytor for being on the service squad and her fine report card. Billie Dee Lofback deserves a place in the Hall of Fame for being a lieutenant on our service squad. The same is true of Ann Muellerweiss, Dace Lusis and Diane Seklins Martha Kemper's is named because she worked in the office, and got good marks on her report cards. Larry Newsome is mentioned because he was on the basketball and soccer team. Roberta Vogan is here for being in the school play, on the vollyball team for three years, and having an all A report card. David Buzzee finds himself here for being on the service squad and for getting good grades. Jolene Moncrief deserves to be mentioned for winning the first prize in print-making at the Saginaw Wornen's Club Art Show. Don- ald Zlotnick and Bennie Liddell won honor- able mentions at the same art show. We know that there are many more deserv ingbut we just couldn't put all of them in- the Hall of Fame.

Central Junlor's 33rd Annual Reflector JOURNAI ISM CLASS The journalism class is that group of Johnny Inkslingersn Who Wrote those inter- esting monthly Reflectors and this grand annual. If you were to walk into room 114, any school day, you would proably see Carol Wolinski, our editor, busy checking papers and also passing off some of the load on Joyce Guest, the assistant editor. Frances Steiner, the secretary,isbusy count- ing lines and MargaretKlischis biting the end of her pencil tryingto think u p editorials. San d- ra Troge, the humor editor, is laughing with Julie Vaughan over a new joke she has found. Douglas Anderson who Writes poems, is try- ing to figure out if bear rhymes better with chair or glare or maybe hair. Bill Beck anddim Raasch, oursports editors are busily discussing the latest sports event. MaryAnn McGregor, the inquiring reporter is thinkingupsomething to inquire about.The exchange editor, Alice F urstenburg is sending outReflectors to other schools. Ann J orden the class artist, is busy drawing droodles. Other members of the class are, Feature Editor, Sandy Stanton. Inquiring Reporter, Don Schlittg reporters, Barbara Hoffman, Margaret Wicker, Sharon Drouillard and Arthur Ugartechea. These students along with Mr. B oertman, our advisor deserve credit for the monthly and annual Reflectors written this school year. WELL REM P.
