prod ocers The producer this year was Mr. G. l,. Black- well, Superintendent of Schools. .Xs producer Mr. Blackwell has seen to it that the players and the supporting cast have done their share to make this a lmetter and more successful play than ever lmefore. Mr. Blackwell taught social studies anzl served as assistant coach at Central from 1951 to 1938. ln his latter year he went to Roosevelt, where he lmecame principal. A few months later in March of 1939, he was transferred to the main office as husiness manager. a position he held until 1943, when he was made superintend- ent. Mr. Blackwell thinks in terms of taxes. teach- ers and the welfare of St. .loseph's young people. .Ns a hobby he prefers hunting and fishing' almove all other things.
