Standing: Mr. Dowell, Sponsor, Bud IbeSh0n, Treasurer: Buddy Sembler, Vice-President. ,Ns the final curtain is rung down in this continuous run, the 271 stars may look back on a successful year. There have been many outstanding performances in sports, R. U. T. C., social and scho- lastic club, and journalistic projects. The hit of the year was the Senior Minstrel Show, put on by the stars to raise money for the school gift. The show was a huge success and will long be remembered as the colossal event of the year. The star performers chose as their leaders: jack lrvine, president: Buddy Sembler, vice- presidentg l'at Freeman, secretaryg Bud DeShon, treasurer. To represent them on the student council the stars elected llarriet Hell, Barbara Coy, jim Davis, Hud Deshon, Bill Eiman. Pat Kennedy. l'at Freeman, john Mitchell, Betty Reynolds, and Yirginia Swisher. The past four years on stage have been successful and victorious for the stars. It is felt that the experiences leading to the climax of their performance will help them to meet the drama of their coming life.
