Under the direction of Coach Emmett CRosyD Nolan, the l964 squad, in spite of long practice ses- sions, found the competition too rough to make a good seasonal showing. After winning two out of the first three meets, Central's tankers could not manage an- other victory during the remainder of the season. All was not dismal, however, as the Freestyle Re- lay Team composed of Fred Wightman, Bob Shepard, Glen Hogard, and Gary Nickel, and Dean Flemming, diver, traveled to the State Meet in Norman.
