CAMARATA CLUB Camarata meeting is called to order every other Wednesday morning by President Jeanette Carlson, who was elected last fall by the forty-five members of the club Camarata is well-known for its Christmas card sales, and this year the club was proud of its purchase of another bond for student aid. A keen sense of competition improves the sales of cards, as each girl would like to sell more than anyone else Weeks before Christmas the girls are busy taking orders for Christmas cards. Because of the shortage of help at the Salvation Army the Camarata Club took over the responsibility of selling the War Cry, the Salvation Army magazine, to raise money for the annual Christmas party for underpriviliged children of Tulsa Club members, by approaching almost every person at Central, made a success of this new project. Girls dressed in blue skirts and white blouses are a familiar sight at all P.T A affairs and at all plays, for Camarata members are the girls who do the directing 1nd seating at Central. But the year isnit all work. Camaratas have parties for new members and fun at all the meetings. "On my way to meeting," is the familiar phrase at Central every other Wednesday.
