In order to qualify for membership in the Quill and Scroll it is necessary to have done ,superior work in writing, editing or business management. Students are recom- mended by the publication advisors and approved by the Exexcutive Secretary of the society. They must be either a junior or senior, have a B aver- age or better and must have had at least 50 inches of superior writing printed in the newspaper.
