French Club is dedicated to ac- quainting interested members with French language, history, and culture. The Club's yearly activities are numer- ous and varied, but all serve to augment the student's knowledge of France. This year's events included the French Club Breakfast in early Janu- ary, a visit from Professor Hazard of Omaha University, and the annual French Banquet held in May. Monthly meetings of the Inter- American Club provide interested stu- dents With the opportunity to gain a more enriched background in Mexican and Latin-American cultures. A variety of programs were pre- sented at each meeting, ranging from guest speakers to bingo games in Span- ish. Slides of Mexico were shown. A highlight was the annual Christmas fiesta, which included caroling and breaking a pinata.
