Junior Classical League provided
a year long program of classical studies
and festivities to the student Whose in-
terest in Latin extended beyond the
classroom. The Club's main objective
was to impress upon the students the
importance of the Latin language in to-
day's culture.
Through the monthly meetings, the
league was able to increase both the
knowledge and interest of its members
by featuring guest speakers, classical
plays, and amusing games. The year's
activities were concluded with Latin
Week, April 18-22, and the Latin Ban-

quainting interested members with
French language, history, and culture.
The Club's yearly activities are numer-

French Club Breakfast in early Janu-
ary, a visit from Professor Hazard of
Omaha University, and the annual
French Banquet held in May.
