In the galley, the cooks cater to the tastes of the hungry crew. And in the ship’s office, the office staff carries on the ship's correspondence, records, and takes care of the men who have taken too many shore leaves. Central Theater Guild, commonly called the Mimes and Mummers, presents various forms of dramatic entertainment to help make the hours aboard ship more enjoyable.
