JANUARY 5 - We're back--only 22 weeks, or 112 days, or 672 hours to go. 6 7 8 9 13 15 20 - Miss Holzshu returnsg Miss Alderton sports new car, - Shirley has flying shoes. - Employment test given to Seniors--Now, find the job. - Boys' W.M. I. League opens. - As You Like It --or was it? - That old flu bug's here again. - Presidem and Mrs. Eisenhower, we salute you! 28 - I'm a Family Crisis --Don't be late for play practice, Seniors. 29 - Semester exams--cramming is popular. FEBRUARY 2 - We see our REPORT CARDS. Ground hog sees his shadow. 3. - We have March of Dimes --to the tune of 8115, 00. 4 - Movie--Mr. Derry's room had to pay. 12 - Presentation of Democracy trophies to school and to Carol. Congrats to you, Carol 19 - Safety First assembly--obey traffic rules and live. MARCH 3 - Tigers and Bull Dogs clash in a real thriller. 9 - Final rehearsal for Senior play--Sue twirls a baton. 11 - l'm a Family Crisis. All is well, that ends well. 16 24 APRIL 1 9 13 28 MAY 10 14 18 22 27 31 JUNE 1 2 3 4 - You just can't escape Report Cards. - Junior High play tournament. Everyone on time--Ha, ha! April 1. - The last Mile! Why didn't I work harder! Halls ring with gay minstrel music. - Seniors DEMOTED--It's Kiddy Day. - All-county music festival at Fort Hill, Queen Central the 9th is last Queen to be crowned at Old Central. - Assembly--students bid farewell to seniors. Awards assembly--Congratulations! - Seniors final assembly. Moving-up ceremony takes place. We worship together. Seniors exams over--Well, did I, or didn't I? Ripley, please note--Seniors clean out their lockers. Class Night--We just act natural. - GRADUATION--We close the books for Old Central.

OCTOBER 3 - First soccer game--Central-Barton tie. 6 - Thumb -Tack boys visit Torture Chamber, 13 - Senior Profile tests--watch it boys, girls are strong willed, 15 - Yearbook dance, big crowd heap much fun. 16 - Oh, happy days! Teachers go to Baltimore. 27 - Report Cards--Why did I forget my apple? 28 - Central ties Bruce after bloody game--how about that, Eddie? 31 - Mardi Gras--Kissing booth is the strong magnet. NOVEMBER 1 - Girls' basketball practice under way--good luck, gals, 4 - Election day-- We want Ike. 11 - Miss Merrbaugh locked in office--Mr. Hodgdon to the rescue. ll - I Speak for Democracy assembly--Carol Thompson wins. I3 - We meet Mr. Rizk fAuthor of Syrian Yankee j, a true American 29 - I Speak for Democracy county finals--once again Carol is first. 26 - Schoo1's Out--We are thankful. DECEMBER 1 - Carol's Democracy speech record sent to State finals. 4 - Isn't Mr. Derry's new piano a grand addition! 5 - Yearbook Pictures taken. Hope you like them. 12 - Graduation nictures and name cards received.
