Our newly elected class officers are: President, Jimmy Kellyg Vice President, Joan Abbottg Secretary, Johann Rennie: .and Treasurer, Colleen Ralston. With the welfare of the Junior Class in the hands of the newly elected officers, we start our sports events by practicing for the basketball games. Our stars on the teams are Todd Cuthbert- son, Jim Kelly, John Wilson, Bob Warnick, Bill Patton, Bob Humphreyg Martha Ann Staup, Colleen Ralston, Leona Stafford, Mary Braskey, Frances Schlereth, Shirley Smith and Norma Jean Fazenbaker. The girls Ruth Freeman, Jo Anne Carter and Johann Rennie who are on the cheerleading squad helped our teams to victory. We began our public speaking activities by writing our first big important essay, I Speak for Democracy. ' Last, but not least, comes the social events which keep us all in a dither. This year, Juniors are active in most of the clubs and organizations of the school. We have even begun to think and plan a little for the biggest dance of the season, the Junior-Senior Prom.
