They mel every Friday af 'the Fanaforium for an affernoon of recreafion fhroughour fhe winfer. Al- fhough many of fhe parficipanis were no+ -professional in fhe sporf, if was grear fun for all who were inieresfed in bowling. Lavonne Ladewig headed fhe girls wifh 587 for her high series and a single high game of 242. Dick Asfer was fhe high poinl man for fhe boys' feams wiih a series of 584. Bruce DeVries and Oswald Minkus were close behind wifh high series of 554 and 553 respecrively. Elmer Theodore's +eam, 'rhe Bulldozers, enlered fhe cify bowling 'rournamenf and capiured firsf place. The boys on fhe feam were Elmer Theodore, Bruce DeVries, Charles Bo+rall, Walfer Lawrence, and Bernard Wodiulslci. The successful season ended wilh 'I'he Annual Bowling Banquet 994 Afhlel

However, very few qoiters are seniors and most are sopho- mores, so even though we win few matches this spring, the future Tools bright and the boys are iearninq by gaining experience and ability each year. This year we have an experienced tennis team. coached by Mr. Hyde. that has its hopes high in the city league. Orv Peterson and Bob Crossman are the very good doubles team with Bill Eoesliooi tirst singles.
