rp' THE THREE CAROLINES The obiective of the chorus this year has been to create a keener and more varied appreciation ofthe art of music through the mediums of performing and listening to new and different kinds of music. This obiective has been easier to attain Through the use ot our High-Fidelity System. Central IS very proud to be the tirst high school to have obtained a High-Fidelity System in the country! Proiects for the spring in- cluded the festival, ETEA, and the Annual Southern Revue. future homemakers of america A ., The Future Homemakers of America are divided into three chapters with chapters and II working together. Proiects of Chapters I and II included a Christmas party for a Iittle girl they adopted from John Tarleton Institute. Chapter Ili gave Christmas baskets, sold school pennants, and entertained at a Christmas party. All three chap- ters attended the state convention held in Nashville in the late spring.
