Pep Club officers include Kathy Masters, president, Susan Bosley, vice- Completing the Pep Club slate of officers are Sue Stinnet, Terri Chapin, president, Mary Gail Robinson, secretary, and Rhonda Doublin, treasurer. Debbie Hackler, Donna Parks, and Sharon Baldwin, the five sergeant-ab arms. Cheering at all sport events, decorating for games, and participating in pep rallies and assemblies keep the .Pep Club busy. The group is made up of senior, junior, and sophomore girls. ' The Pep Club stimulates interest in the school spirit athletic program by encouraging attendance at ball games and fostering school spirit. Among their duties are attendance at every home frame. Official dress of the Pep Club is a green skirt, white blouse, and a sweatshirt with CHS written across the front. Each girl is supplied with green and white pompoms to use during games. Kathy Masters was elected as the 1968-69 president. pfrif eaalers Seven .senior boys and a junior serve the Riot Squad Mr. Gullett acts as sponsor of the Riot MIS- G0if1CS heads 21 SFOUP Of three SPOUSOTS as their officers. Lynn -Hoffman heads the group as Squad. for the Pep Club. Mrs. Graves and MrS. captaln, Teddy Abbott, lieutenant, Billy Pratt, sergeant- at-arms, Greg Hendrix, mascot. The steering committee includes Gerald Brossett, Stuart Woods, Richard Jones, and Gary Sisson. Robertson complete the team of sponsors. Leading the combined spirit groups are the Cheerleaders. Shirley Graves acts as head, with Sydney Bowman as co-head. Charlene Martin, Judy Elliot, Joan Surbey, Jane Elliot, Becky Barnette, and Jane McSpadden complete the group of sp1r1t glrls.
