And win or lose, they are our Cougars, and the heartbeat quickens. . . The struggle for knowledge, the struggle for strength, the struggle for pride, and the struggle for victory were not in vain. For as we grew, we discovered the knowledge that in all we were together; we found the strength to fight when everything seemed hopeless; we acquired the pride to uphold ourselves. And suddenly we earned the victory of being a team in the face of defeat. A 4 STANDING (Left to right): B. Aldridge, L. Eichelberger, R. Higgins. KNEELING (Left to right): B. Bloesh, B.
