We dedi cafe THE. CHIEF fo a man Mr. Grier, you have been a true inspiration to ue. You have helped us in pariicular to develop a healthy respect for science and math. You have overlooked our for- getfulness, our carelessness, and our inconsideration. You have made us look within ourselves and laugh; you have pushed us farther along the road to maturity. Your calm resolution and your perspec- tive of life have taken away our anger and substituted under- standing. How can we say ' thank you to a man who has done all this? We could have given you a parting gift, presented you with money, but that is too meaningless for a man like you. Instead, we chose to produce this yearbook in your honor. THE 1971 CHIEF is the only tangible embodying the intangible — our admiration. Therefore, we dedicate THE CHIEF, which is so important in our senior year, to you, our Mr. Grier.
