Assembl Committee This year's magazine campaign came to its usual successful conclusion under Mrs. Durrett's supervision. Rickey Wilhite and Woody Waller were school managers. They, together with Mike Sherrin and Jimmy Vaugh- an, the two top salesmen, were in Mr. Chumney's Physics class, which won the room prize. Mr. Jacobs, what are you doing with that ..... ? This group is given the responsibility of find- ing entertaining and interesting programs for the enjoyment of the student body in assembly every Friday. Carolyn Cole fl V r This year's band wishes to show their appreciation to Mr. Joe Sills. Only through his time and effort has the band come to be the fine organization that it is today. . With him everyone has pulled together to make this the best band that there ever was at Central. The drum majorette for this year is Miss Carolyn Cole. She has contributed greatly to the Band's success and has shown her own ability by winning the Drum Major Award at the Tobaccoland Festival in May- field, Ky.
