I Student COunC11 Members of the Student Council, Central's governing body, are elected from the group of representatives from each home room. The Council sold bonds and stamps, and the goal of 540,000 was reached. The Schools at War Flag awarded each month to the school having 90 '72, ot the student body purchas- ing stamps was ilown on our flag pole during the month ot Ianuary. The Central Bookstore ably served students throughout the year. Hello Day tags were also sold to pay tor the service plaques and flag. A Sunlite Dance was given in February. Under the able leadership of Tom Leider, president, school spirit was greatly strengthened. Other officers for the year were George Merrick, vice-president, Anzle Adamson, secretary, and Gerry Burke treasurer.
