PARKER Superintendent of Schools SUPERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS Superintendent of Schools Dr. Jack F, Parker and his assistants have more than just a goal to reach with their daily tasks that are set in front of them day by day. It is more than just an idea to head all of the city schools, plus various departments alone here at Central. With the widespread of school drop- outs and other serious and minor weekly problems, Dr. Parker and his right-arm assistants 'can take pride in feeling that they help make the best better. No doubt the jobs of these officals are so frequently takenmfor granted.
