But it has been a happy time and we do hate to leave dear old Central. When we were green sophomores, we re- member Mr. 'McKimmey's little pep talk our first day at Central and how we were afraid to sit anywhere in the auditorium except Sophomore Roost. Next in our memory comes the Sophomore Picnic at Lincoln Park where we ate so much that we didn't give the cafe- teria any business for n week! A few fast moving weeks and we were jun- 'ors. Vvve all dressed in our best bibs and tuckersn to come see the Iunior play Charley's Aunt and were awed to see what a good aunt Donald Grace really did make. Then came Spring and the Ir.-Sr. prom. Of course we thought it was the best ever. Finally a f t e r struggling through many hardships we were seniors.
