the black and gold The Editorial Staff of the Black and Gold of 1957 would like to express, at on behalf of the student body, our sincere appreciation to Mr. Fidrych for his unceasing efforts in publishing our yearbook. H I Just this year, Mr. Fidrych became faculty adviser to the Black and Gold Staff and has done a remarkable iob of guiding the students who had charge of this publication. We sincerely thank you, Mr. Fidrych, for the patience and cooperation you have shown in helping us to produce this annual which will always be remem- bered by members of the senior class. We are confident that all future students who have the privilege of serving on the Black and Gold Staff will enioy working with you. During this time we have acquired knowledge that will prove valu- able to us in the future when we shall need deter- mination, confidence, and courage to meet life's problems. Our everchanging WAY OF LIFE has made us realize the importance and value of our high ,school education in meeting the innumerable problems con- fronting America and the rest of the world today. We should like to express our appreciation to our parents, teachers, and friends, who have con- tributed so much, throughout the years, toward making our high school graduation a reality.
