They often determine the spirit and enthusiasm of the student body by their own spirit and leadership. The position of the officers is a position of responsibility. Cen- tral has been fortunate in having a busy and active stu- dent body. Credit for the rapid growth of Central is due largely to an enthusiastic stu- dent body. Bob McCullugh in his un- assuming and capable manner accomplished much in main- taining a happy degree of school spirit and activity. Aided by Jim DeWitt and Pat McDowd, the student prexy kept the student body in pace with the progress of Central.
