WHERE ' 9 CHARLEY LAST 8PRIN6 MUSICAL AT C.C. Where ' s Charley was chosen by director Martin Tierney as the final spring musical at Central Catholic. The story centered around Charley, played by Willie Hazelton, and his roommate Jack, played by John Tescula. The two girls in their lives were Ann Buchheit as Amy, and Terri Jones as Kitty. When Charley ' s aunt from Brazil doesn ' t arrive, Charley dons womens clothes to become the chaperon. He not only had trouble adjusting to womens clothes, but he also had to ward off a love affair with Mr. Spettigue. Other major roles in the play were Tony Avila as Mr. Spettigue, Barb Charais as Donna Lucia, and Tom Felts as Sir Francis Chesney. The chorus and dancers were composed of Seniors and Juniors. The sets were designed by Mr. Alois Buchheit. Again, Don Palmer was stage manager. Stage hands were Tom Till, Mark Rondot, Rick Brough and Tom Johnson. Follow spots were Gary Moeller, Tony Quinn and Mike Simone. On props were Sarah Gebhard and Jeannie Sitko. The make-up crew consisted of Sue Geary, Denise Daley, Sue Doak, Cindy Rietdorf, Heide Berger, Jamie Emmett, Debbie Rietdorf, Joanna Banut, Kathy Martin and Janet Sample. John Hake was the sound man, and Kathy Imler was in charge of costumes. A special plaque was presented to Mr. Tierney for his work at C.C. He introduced musicals to C.C. and had di- rected them for the past five years. Top Right — Tern Jones, Ann Buchheit, Barb Charais, and Willie Hazelton engage in some girl talk in the Powder Room.
