Through 10 years of competition, grapplers have compiled a 111-25 record. Highlighting the season was District Championship awarded to senior jim Di- anda 145 lbs., and junior Vince Pietrazak 112 lbs. Marty Mathias placed third. In All-City balloting, Vince Pietrazak, Alvar- ado from Woodward, and Zychowicz from St. Francis were all first team 112 lbs., while jim Dianda captured the 145 lbs. title. Honorable mention went to seniors Tom Ketzer 127 lbs., Marty Mathias 165 lbs., and Ray Sheahan 154 lbs. Coach Kregal is very optimistic about next year's team. He stated, We will be a young and aggressive team with good potential. But the wrestlers must give self- sacrifice if they want to be winners. This year's seniors will be missed, but they are leaving a good attitude, valuable to young wrestlers. Expected to carry the Central tradition next year are juniors jim Arquette and Vince Pietrazak, who were elected co- captains, and Tom Moline.
