CHESS TEAM CEN-SKI Ulzukers Skzcrs Wznnerf Silence was unwavering and as the clock ticked away, Centennial s Chess Team played straight toward victory This year s team placed fifth in the' Wilco league, and seventh in the Metro League With its top three boards, Doug Grover, Lonnie Dunn, and Matt Dziewiontkoski returning again next year, the team hopes to continue its success An outstanding membership of 80 made Cen-ski a club of progress and success Lessons began in january, starting at Ski Bowl and continuing at Meadows. Cen-ski was first to try the Pilot Program --a swing shift at Ski Bowl which proved to be very successful. , : I I Lf Concentration was intense. . . . . . ' I 1-3.
