Young, in recognition of his many years of service to Centennial. After graduating from Southwest Texas State Teachers College, in 1922, Mr. Young completed his education by doing graduate work at Denver University and Colorado College. In 1934 he resigned as auditor for the Railway Building and Loan Ass'n to accept a teaching position at Centennial. During the years 1937 to 1948 Mr. Young was faculty athletic manager for Centennial. From 1947, to date, he has served as treasurer of Centennial. Mr. Young is head of Centennial's business department and has taught such subjects as bookkeeping, commercial law, business principles, business arithmetic, and general business. This is Mr. Young's last year of teaching, and students and teaching staff join his many friends in wishing him happy retirement-at the same time regretting the loss of such a pleasant and considerate fellow-worker. fx XX 5 is 5 Q 63 , Q Ky? .
