MR. GEORGE MCCARTHY, JR., has been a member of the Board of Education for seven years, two of which he was president. He is a proprietor of the McCarthy Fune- ral Home. -Q! MRS. JEANNE MCGOVERN is the current president of the board. She has been a member for five years. At the present time she is employed as a receptionist at the Pueblo Clinic. Mrs. McGovern is a graduate of Centennial, Class of 1950. Board of Education MR. ROY A. FRANTZ, owner of Frantz Feed Store, has been a mem- ber of the board since 1945. He is a past president and is now sewing as President of the Colorado Asso- ciation of School Boards. MR. A. B. CHASTEEN, manager of the Riverside Printing Company, has been a member of the Board of Education for fifteen years. He is a past vice-president. MR. ARTHUR SAMPLES has been a member of the Board of Educa- tion for twelve years. He is em- ployed at the C. F. 81 I. MR. HERBERT A. FOSTER, Who is on the editorial staff of the Star Journal, has been a member of the Board of Education for five years.

Miss Schulz, girls' counselor for the past four years, has enjoyed working with the students very much, and her popularity with the students shows that they feel much the same way.
