Whistle Davidson, was one of 24 boys who made the All State Basketball Team this year. Whistle has been the only player from Cement ever to make the All State Team. During the past season Whistle averaged 28.8 points per game, and hit 54 per cent of his field shots, and 72 per cent from the free throw line.
