Cedar Cliff's committee, headed by Nancy Bink, spent many hours selling patron tickets, ads to local businesses, and bumper stickers. Cedar Cliff sent three teen talent acts to the Festival this year. These acts were presented along with the honor teen candidates at the Youth Festival Assembly during November. The assembly was chaired by Nancy Hearn and Judy McAllister and gave students all the facts concerning the Festival. 147
