For our opening league game we played at Chesapeake City and lost our first game in Class C competition to the Bridge Boys by a score of 59-44. We then moved on to Perryville for our second Class C game and came out on top 41-32. This gave us a 1-1 record in our class. Then we hit the road again to Elkton and played out of our class and the score proved it. We lost 82-45 to the County Seat team. Our next game in Class C was an important contest at home with Chesapeake City. Awin here would at least assure us of a tie in our class but we dropped another to the CCHS team by a score of 65-29. There went our chances for division champions this year. We did pull an upset in our next home game as we defeated Northeast by a score of 53-48. Our trip to Rising Sun was just for the ride because again we lost on the big floor 69 39 Athome again we played Elkton but it seemed to no avail as we took it on the chin 61 48 Perryville came to visit us in an afternoon affair in which proved to be athriller from beginning to end The lead changed hands many times with Perryville finally winning 56 55 FIRST ROW Husfelt H Craig Lockwood F Craig Wilson bI:COND ROW Coach Crawford Ford Yeatman Argo ONea1 B Wilson Harding 'Zi 3 v - i i . - I , A - N I . . . - , , . . . - . - I .E I I .ix K A .
