no ...awww At the crest of our campus . .. CA'I'ONSVII-I.E'S IIACULTY is the foundation for the educational purpose about which our campus re- volves. When we think of our faculty, we realize that they add to our campus the essentials of authority, creativeness, and purpose. At the crest of the campus is Mr. Taylor F. Johnston, our principal. His duties are to adminis- ter the various functions of our school, and to make plans for its ever-increasing enrollment. Mr. John- ston has a B.A. degree from St. john's College and has done graduate work at various universities. Catonsville's vice principal, Mr. Karl Schwartz, assists Mr. Johnston in his duties. This year Mr. Schwartz has accepted the duty of serving as chair- man of the newly formed Advisory Council. Mr. Schwartz was graduated from Towson State Teach- ers College, and he later received a B.S. and a mas- ter's degree. Miss Edna Schwartz, administrative assistant, makes sure that each student's schedule is care- fully planned and co-ordinated. A graduate of Goucher College, she is never too busy to put aside her stacks of schedules to give a student guidance.
