A -f .1 ,,, , , Dedication We are greatful to Mr. Thomas for the assistance he has given our class through the interest he has taken in our projects and activities during our four years of high school. But be- sides gaining our appreciation, he has also earned our respect, for he has proved himself capable of many things, from teaching the intricacies of history courses, to coaching an undefeated track team, to suggesting an imag- inative name for the Senior Dance. The Class of 1965 dedicates this edition of the Harvester to Mr. Thomas. r W 1 1 I l 1 I FM .5 4. l - Y- i, W J -v-11-p1 in-uii-1 EE eniors uiui-1 Senior Class Olticers President Steve Hunsinger ... L...... s The Sophomores are, as a group, perhaps a little more grown-up in their second year of High School than they were in their first: they are to be found involved more often in serious pursuits. They are just discovering their individual talents--in athletics, art, music or scholarship--and they are found exer- cising them in the band, on the basketball or football teams, in the art room or in the biology lab. Through- out the next two years, their talents, individually and collectively, will be fully realized and felt throughout all school activities. Sophomore Class Oiiicers E, Martin, S. Krause, N. The freshmen are the sprites of the High School, appearing in the oddest places at the oddest times, never with any warning. They're al- ways right in the middle of any situation--whether at the top of the bleachers at every basketball game, yelling louder than anyone else, or sl behind the school store, selling sup- plies with an unbelievable amount of enthusiasm, or in the guidance office, making decisions for the next, three important years. There can be no doubt that as a class they will al- ways be in the midst of things. Freshman Class Officers D. Van Wie, G. Baldwin, C. Boyd, D. Wolford,'R. VanNorstrand. Row One: M. Besner, S. Senior High Student Council Admission-free, after-the-game dances, the school store inthe corner of the upper hallway and those smiling faces over its counter, the poster-reminders about litterbugging, the daily Good-Morning, preceding the pledge and the announcements, from some Student Council member, the white bulletin board with the bright red letters to reflect student activities, the Citizen of the Month program, the planning for the Spring and the campaigns and the election of new officers--all of these things come to mind when the words Student Council are uttered. Student Council is more than an exercise instudent government: it is the stimulus and reflection of student activity. 4 w Junior High Student Council ROW ONE: N. Melnick, D. Cole, A. Dennison, J.
