In the Cathedral Ba;ilica of the Assumption of the Blessed Vir- gin Mary, on February 24, the Reverend Jerome Daugherty Sebastian, beloved pastor of St. Elizabeth Parish, was raised to the Episcopate, becoming an Auxiliary Bishop to our revered and beloved Archbishop Francis P. Keough. The paternal and devoted affection that our new Bishop has for his flock has been captured in these pictures taken when he was officiating at some Catholic High School functions. D.D.
