Preparing for tomorrow To form wholesome Christian minds is the aim of Catholic High. All studies as well as extra-curricular activities have this end in view—to co-operate with divine grace in forming the true and perfect Christian. Lux tua luceat. Let your light shine, is Exemplifying the principles on which Catholic High was founded are the Class Officers of 1948. It is not enough to be good, tender, and generous; one must be also wise and strong.” In accordance with this challenging quotation, these Seniors, through the Holy Father’s Encyclical on Christian Marriage, arc learning Catholic social principles. Seniors have a lecture in the auditorium each week, when they study the Holy Father's encyclical. The whole school has a religion period each day, Mass in the auditorium weekly, and a yearly retreat of three days.
