Proyer A person is greatly influenc- ed by what he reads-this is a popular belief among the girls at Cathedral. In order to fur- ther Catholic literature, a campaign to raise money for subscriptions to Catholic mag- azines, which will be placed in various places, is carried on during Catholic Press Month. Representing the freshman class, who were the first to reach their goal, are Catherine Roemer, Jo a n Drazkowski, Margaret Ramsden, and Carol Bambenek. Work What could be more import- ant than learning about the world in which we live? Our world geography class attempts to do this very thing. The globe is, of course, an essen- tial part of this class. Phyllis Breyer, Dorothy Klosowski, Jeannette Besek, and Geraldine Ramer seem to be enjoying their study, while Dorothy l-lubof seems to be just a bit puzzled. Plciy Beat Well is the phrase used in the Home Economics kitchen for sure success in baking, The happy faces of B a r b a r a Sharboneau, Jean Serwa, and Barbara Kukowski show no worry over this prob- lem. Their cupcakes will come out of the oven just like lVlom's.
