The main project of the fall semester, the Sound Off Rally, indicated the trend of the class and their great school spirit, as they took a victorious first place. Starting their work even beforethe school year began, the council spent the summer helping to build the Senior Lawn in cooperation with the Ex- ecutive Council and lower class councils., Stres- sing more senior privileges for their class, they helped future senior classes and Castro Valley tradition as well.'With the presentation of a Junior Prom for the class of '65 the Fall Council members had a great deal of work cut out for them. Their first duty in laying a foun- dation from which the spring council was to continue, involved first and most important the raising of necessary funds. From there they had to develop a prom theme and lay the basic plans. Having successfully completed their duties in the best possible way, the Senior Fall Council could hand over their jobs to the new Spring Council members.
