The Advanced Journalism class under the supervision of Mr. Wallace Williams puts out the school newspaper, The Achean. The news- paper staff is made up of an editor, advertis- ing manager, business manager, circulation manager, page editors and reporters. The pa- per consists of news stories of the dances, as- semblies and of many other school activities. It also has many feature stories and a complete coverage of Castro Valley High's sports events.
