Among the many new ones this year, in the way of toys, is the hula-hoop. This hoop is made of plastic and is gyrated around the hips in such a manner that the hoop de- fies gravity. Next, in the way of fads, in clothes, are headache bands coming back from the '20's, and another one is leotards.
