f f' Nearly five months in the yard and 3 forty Percent turnover in personnel meant CASTOR needed training and practige to again become a Well-coordinated team. For this, CASTOR steamed north to Yokos- uka for three weeks of Refresher Training, General Quarters around the clock, fire drills, abandon ship, damage control and gunnery exereisesg all were practiced until they became second nature.
