The marching band, directed by Michael Luzak and led by Drum Maior Bruce Rosenberg, garnered THIRDS in the Autumn Band Review, the Parade ot Champions, and Arcadia, a SECOND at Camarillo, where Bruce Rosenberg added a FIRST as military drum major, and FIRST at the All Western Band Review- the first time in Trojan history outpointing the always- excellent Hilltop Lancers. ln addition, the percussion section added SWEEPSTAKES at Southwestern's Percussion Clinic with Jack Wride earning a SECOND in individual competition.
