Although Troy was first to score on a strike from quarterback Ronnie lapala to tailback Billy Daniels, they were succumbed by the massive Lancer defensive wall, Trailing 27-6 at halftime, the Troian warriors tried a comeback rally on the passing arm of lapala and the receiving abilities of Gene Harvey, but fell short at the final gun 33-TS.
