BOTTOM ROW: Coach Korzep, Tony Arzate Ralph Vasquez, Terry Tonelli, Billy Daniels, Gene Crumley and manager, Stan Stevens. I Going for two points. SOPHO ORE BASKETBALL Trojan basketball fans will probably be watching the skill of these people in the next couple of years. They are, left to right: David Lucero, James Proulx, Bob Parker, Andy Estrada, Eddie Diaz, Bob Lucero, Steve Jones, Allen Bresee, Jerry McNeely, John Cruz, Tom Cook, and behind them are the managers, Mike Hanley and Jerry Williams. These Troians fought to a ll-3 record and second place. Ray Chaverea demonstrates his shooting ability which is the goal of every Junior Varsity, and Sophomore basketball player. I I

Coaches Warren, Korzep, and Brizendine watch intently. Ending the season with a poor record, the Basketball team felt as it the whole school had been let down. The year in general, had been a bad one, yet the team fared well in each individual game. ln nearly every tilt, the score was a close one, with losses in the remaining seconds quite common. Even with a poor record, Four members were in the top Fifteen scoring leaders.
