Mina Yamane Advisor Francis Kamiya President Michael Ilxehara I IJ N I 0 R S cuss HISTURY The Class of l96l entered this school as a group of immature youngsters with a nonchalant attitude toward education. From this inept beginning, we developed gradually through the years up to the present, Jolly juniors that we are now. Our term as Juniors was a pros- perous year, filled with many successful and memorable events. We were a group of enthusiastic and determined membersg many of who were outstanding both athletic and scholastic achievement. This will help us to fill the vacant seats left by the departing seniors. Climaxing this year was the junior- Senior Prom which was held at the Marine Corps Officers' Club. The theme, To Each His Own , was truly an ideal one as we danced to the captivating music of the Starlighters. This year would not have been as suc- cessful without the very competent guid- ancc of our advisors, Miss Yamane and Mr. Harrell, the cooperation of the stu- dents, and the leadership of our President, Francis Kamiyag Vice-President, Robert Lifteeg Secretary, Michael Ikeharag and Treasurer Bert Kaneshiro.
