Foods Preparation and Service The aim of the Cookery course is to prepare students for jobs in food preparation and serving in various fields where food is prepared and served. A student spends every other week in the course for two, three, or four years. The work of'the week includes theory, home and quantity cookery, tea room and cafeteria practice. Personal habits of cleanliness, thrift, prompt- ness, and honesty are stressed. Many are the jobs available to the alert indus- trious student because of the varied job experi' ences in the course.
