They hold their weekly meetings each Thursday at the Grace Episcopal Church Parish House. Wright is the Faculty sponsor for the Key Club. Last year - Held ice cream social and helped Kiwanis ufith their pancake supper, pmt out Red Cross posters, sold street signs, ivorlfed at Fair Acres cleaning and deliifering springs, and took charge of chartering bus to Columbia.

Glad The Spanish Clnb, organized in 1920, has had a very aetiye year. Owing to the unusual amount of talent in the elub it 11resen.terl tivo pro- grams, one in the high school assembly on January 25th, and the other for the Music Club, on March 10th, in the Methodist Church. The name of the play was En El Cafe Imperial. Some of the elnb members furnished musical numbers for a meeting of the elab of the Business and Profes- sional Women on February 25th. At Christmas time the elnb held a Pinata party. In the March meet- ing, Mrs. G. G. Bryan told of her trip to Costa Rica. Pan American Day in April was observed by a banquet at the Dralce Hotel.

Science Glad The purpose of the Science Club is ture-fold, KU To encourage interest in Science. 122 To give students a chance to urorlc with scientific proeedu.re, and to give scientific reports. The nieetings were held every tivo weeks in the Cheniistry Rooni. At these meetings, Scientific Movies were shown, reports uvere given fol- lowed by a discussion period. Because of the great iniportance of Science in our every day life uve feel this club will grow in the years to conie. Today's frontiersinan does not wear a coon slain cap or shoulder a hunting rifle. More likely, he is 'wearing a laboratory apron and irielding a .stirring rod. For when Pacific shores halted the country's uzestufard niovenient, Anieriea's pioneering spirit kept flaniing in our nations sci- cntists!
