Activities in which they were prominent were ath- letics, music, public speaking, dramatics, publications, and clubs. Early in the year home rooms chose these sophomores to represent them on the student council: Linda Conner, Carole Hall, Fredreka Ham- mett, Patricia Croley, Jeanne Van Urk, and Mickey Roberts. An assembly was presented by the class on March 4 as an annual affair. The Best Citizen of the class was chosen to make the pilgrimage to Jefferson City in April. This project was under the direction of the Fed- eration of Women's Clubs. Mickey Roberts was honored by being the sophomore chosen. Our class sponsors were Miss Johnson, Miss Irwin, and Mr. Cherry. ...wznrvi .
