THEATRE In its second year of existence, the relatively new class, Theatre, was offered to interested juniors and seniors. The class which is taught by Mrs. Connie Church and Mrs. Sheri Hunter is scheduled seventh hour for the first semester. ln this short period of time two shows were pre- sented. They were M.A.S.H. and The Frog Prince , a children's show performed for the younger grades. Some of the students attended a three day and two night trip to the Theatre Festival in Champaign, IL. Through the year, students learned about lighting, acting, writing and production. The members found the class enjoyable and useful. For the seniors who could have gone home seventh hour, it was well worth the stay. The class size greatly increased from the first year and brought back many of last year's juniors and added a large number of oth- ers. The class will surely continue to be suc- cessful. x fn .
