ADMINISTRATION A face that is found around Carterville High School a lot is the one and only Mr. Leroy Newton. Whether he's busy making things run smoothly, or meeting with the teachers, it seems that he always has time to help and try to understand the difficulties of high school life. Mr. Newton has done a lot for the school, as well as for the students and faculty. Al- though, Mr. Newton is credited most of the time for the smoothness in which the school runs, he's not alone. Without the help of his faithful secretary, Mrs. Katharine Sparks, the school would not be able to function and con- tinue to grow.
